Contact form submissions. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, time spent on pages, referring websites, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique users and sessions.

Contact form submissions are stored in Supabase, a cloud database service. Email notifications are processed through Resend, an email delivery service. Analytics data is processed by Google. These services may store data outside of Hong Kong. By submitting the contact form, you acknowledge this.

Who Has Access

Only Vision Hub Limited team members have access to contact form submissions. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties, except as described in this policy (Supabase for storage, Resend for email delivery, Google for analytics).

Data Retention

We retain contact form data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing Dan@visionhub.limited. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
